Versus — Irma Boom

Versus is an editorial design project exploring opposition through form and narrative. Through two antagonistic characters, the project translates typographic rules, layout systems, and material form into a reflection on the boundaries between convention and experimentation in book design.

Versus Irma – 2

This volume explores editorial design through structure, hierarchy, and restraint. Inspired by Irma Boom’s practice, it follows classical book design principles, using typographic discipline and material precision to construct a controlled and coherent narrative system.
